Terms and Conditions of Your Stay
Article 1 – Duration of Stay:
The client who signed the contract for a fixed period will not be able under any circumstances to claim any right to remain on the premises.
Article 2 – Conclusion of the Contract:
The online reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has guaranteed it by valid credit card on the date of the beginning of the stay.
Article 3 – Cancellation by the Customer:
a) In case of cancellation or modification up to 5 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
b) In case of cancellation or modification between 4 days and 2 days before the arrival date, the hotel requires 50% of the amount of the stay.
c) In case of cancellation or modification less than 2 days or no-show, the hotel requires 100% of the amount of the stay.
d) In the case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains with the hotel.
e) In the event of a stay at the non-cancellable, non-refundable rate, the sum paid at the time of booking remains with the hotel.
Article 4 – Arrival and Departure:
The customer is welcomed on the specified day from 3 pm or earlier depending on availability. In case of late arrival, the guest must notify the hotel.
Guests must leave their room no later than noon on the day of departure.
Article 5 – Payments:
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card.
Article 6 – Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay on the spot to the hotel, which then pays it to the community of communes.
Article 7 – Use of Premises:
The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and use it in accordance with its purpose. He undertakes to return the accommodation in good condition. A deposit may be requested upon the customer’s arrival.
Article 8 – Animals:
Animals (dogs only) are allowed with an additional fee, and the hotel must be notified before the start of the stay. Only one animal per room is allowed. In case of early departure, the amount corresponding to the animal remains with the hotel.
Article 9 – Capacity:
The contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the hotel may refuse additional guests. This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the hotel, so that in case of departure of a greater number of guests than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains with the hotel.
Article 10 – Insurance:
The customer is responsible for any damage occurring due to their actions. All costs associated with damages will be charged.
Article 11 – Disputes:
After contacting customer service and failing to receive a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer can contact the Mediator of Tourism and Travel, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on our website www.mtv.travel.
